Our slogan is a promise, not a strapline: your project, our responsibility. We started with one job: putting the right commissioning, marine and HSE specialists into an ADNOC Offshore EPCM team, contracted cleanly and paid on time. That work shaped how we operate now. We write short, clear contracts. We take on the vendor registration, timesheets and VAT-compliant invoicing that slow projects down. And we only sell what we can staff.
Our network extends across the GCC, North Africa and Europe, which is why clients also use us to find partners, agents and suppliers when they enter the UAE market, and why UAE firms use us to reach the wider region.
General Manager
Yassin leads PROSYNC's operations, client relationships and business development. An engineer by training (Hochschule Düsseldorf), he has spent more than 13 years in the rotating-equipment and turbomachinery services sector, including eight years as Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai.
He has built and managed partner networks, agent agreements and service contracts for owners and EPC contractors across the GCC, North Africa and Europe, and brings that network to PROSYNC's partner-search and market-entry work.
